Coordinate the administration of a major account’s Managed Print Services program. Serve as the primary customer contact, manage service requests, coordinate technicians and vendors, maintain device and supply records, manage HP equipment changes, track shipments, process toner requests, document technician activity, and resolve delivery or service issues. The role is onsite in Parsippany, New Jersey and requires accurate recordkeeping, responsive communication, and effective use of multiple software systems.

Serve as the escalation point for complex tickets and provide client-facing support (phone, remote, occasional onsite). Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID, troubleshoot networks and firewalls, document tickets in PSA/RMM, collaborate on escalations, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotation with frequent metro travel.

The Sales Executive will identify prospects, close deals, and drive revenue growth through relationship selling and effective communication of company solutions.
