Serve as the escalation point for complex tickets and provide client-facing support (phone, remote, occasional onsite). Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID, troubleshoot networks and firewalls, document tickets in PSA/RMM, collaborate on escalations, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotation with frequent metro travel.

The Sales Executive will identify prospects, close deals, and drive revenue growth through relationship selling and effective communication of company solutions.

Support the deployment and ongoing support of cloud-based voice and collaboration solutions. Hands-on role focused on UCaaS, VoIP, and conference room technology.
