Manage commercial insurance clients, provide empathetic customer service, answer questions, resolve complaints, process requests, research issues, and develop solutions. Leads daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end close, budgeting support, and accounting team development. Drives process improvement, workflow automation, technology implementation, and operational efficiency while partnering with the CFO on financial insights and strategic planning. Oversees general ledger, payables, billing, cash management, fixed assets, reconciliations, compliance, and accounting personnel activities.
