Leads daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end close, budgeting support, and accounting team development. Drives process improvement, workflow automation, technology implementation, and operational efficiency while partnering with the CFO on financial insights and strategic planning. Oversees general ledger, payables, billing, cash management, fixed assets, reconciliations, compliance, and accounting personnel activities.

Manages personal lines insurance clients, prospects, partners, and vendors while delivering responsive customer service. Responsibilities include answering questions, resolving complaints, processing requests, researching issues, developing solutions, maintaining accurate records in agency and partner data systems, and coordinating with colleagues to meet divisional goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, confidentiality, reliable attendance, applicable insurance licensing, and the ability to drive and travel independently.

Provide client service and operational support for the Financial Services division, including account opening/onboarding, data entry, report generation, practice management, marketing collaboration, compliance adherence, and client relationship maintenance. Support special projects and maintain proficiency across financial services platforms while following firm policies and BLUEprint values.
