Lead, coach, and scale an SDR team to generate and qualify outbound pipeline for AEs. Own performance metrics, processes, onboarding, cross-functional alignment, and reporting to improve pipeline quality and conversions.

Design, maintain, and improve training resources and LMS content for clients and internal teams. Create and update documentation, courses, multimedia materials, and Knowledge Base content. Configure LMS courses and paths, monitor performance, generate engagement reports, troubleshoot access issues, support onboarding, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure accurate, branded, and compliant learning experiences.

Lead full product lifecycle for LCPtracker SaaS products: validate market problems, define roadmaps, maintain backlog, guide delivery teams, create go-to-market plans, and represent customers across the organization to drive product success.

Sell LCPtracker's SaaS labor-compliance solutions to B2B and B2G customers, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Qualify leads, demo product, prepare proposals/RFP responses, negotiate contracts, meet revenue targets, support renewals/upsells, and collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success. Develop product and public-works compliance expertise and represent the company at industry events.

Configure and implement LCPtracker SaaS for clients, gather requirements, train administrators and users, maintain implementation documentation, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, and participate in internal projects and occasional events or conferences.

Primary contact for assigned customers guiding implementation, training, and high-level support of LCPtracker. Manage accounts, document outcomes, perform account analysis, and act as customer advocate. Lead projects, maintain functional product knowledge, meet SLA response expectations, and support retention through relationship building and proactive enablement. Attend required trainings and company events.

Partner with Customer Success Managers to support software implementation and ongoing account management for LCPtracker clients. Gather requirements, document processes, analyze data, create Salesforce cases/PDRs, maintain client relationships, and participate in internal projects and trainings to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Execute manual test cases, validate UI workflows, and assist with API/GraphQL testing. Develop and run test plans, track defects in Azure DevOps, perform regression testing, maintain test documentation, participate in requirement reviews, and support Scrum teams to ensure product quality.

Develop, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards. Build and tune SQL Server database objects and ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory. Support and document a centralized data warehouse, Azure Analysis Services models, data quality efforts, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate analytics and reporting solutions.

Provide in-house commercial contracts support including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements; manage contract templates and contract management system; support RFP responses, SOP and training development; perform legal research, risk analysis, and stakeholder collaboration; assist with special projects and general legal administrative duties.
