Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and backend services. Requires expertise in Salesforce, compliance-driven sales, and public-sector buying processes. The role is based primarily in the New Braunfels office and requires approximately 50% travel to client sites, conferences, and company events.

Support Account Manager III team by coordinating client meetings, renewals, upsell demos, invoice follow-ups, CRM updates, and cross-functional handoffs to drive retention and revenue.
