Lead, coach, and scale an SDR team to generate and qualify outbound pipeline for AEs. Own performance metrics, processes, onboarding, cross-functional alignment, and reporting to improve pipeline quality and conversions.

Provide in-house commercial contracts support including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements; manage contract templates and contract management system; support RFP responses, SOP and training development; perform legal research, risk analysis, and stakeholder collaboration; assist with special projects and general legal administrative duties.

Create and run automated and manual tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines, diagnose defects, collaborate with engineering/product teams, and improve testing strategies and environments to ensure software quality and performance.

Support Account Manager III team by coordinating client meetings, renewals, upsell demos, invoice follow-ups, CRM updates, and cross-functional handoffs to drive retention and revenue.

Own the GTM operating engine to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Improve pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and CRM data integrity. Build dashboards, define lead lifecycle and deal qualification, support renewals/expansion, and deliver executive insights to drive predictable ARR growth and process scalability.

Configure and implement LCPtracker SaaS for clients, gather requirements, train administrators and users, maintain implementation documentation, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, and participate in internal projects and occasional events or conferences.
