Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of SaaS products using Azure technologies and AI-assisted development practices.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and backend services. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure testability, run/manual and automated tests, troubleshoot defects, maintain CI/CD test pipelines, and improve testing strategies and environments.

Execute manual test cases, validate UI workflows, and assist with API/GraphQL testing. Develop and run test plans, track defects in Azure DevOps, perform regression testing, maintain test documentation, participate in requirement reviews, and support Scrum teams to ensure product quality.
