Configure LCPtracker software based on client requirements, lead administrator and user training, gather requirements, maintain implementation documentation, build customer relationships, and support internal projects. The role partners with Customer Success and Sales teams, tracks KPIs, manages schedules, and maintains accurate implementation records. Occasional travel to offices, conferences, and company events may be required.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and backend services. Create and run automated and manual tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines, diagnose defects, collaborate with engineering/product teams, and improve testing strategies and environments to ensure software quality and performance.

Administers biweekly payroll and employee benefits, including audits, reconciliations, enrollments, terminations, compliance reporting, and employee inquiries. Maintains accurate confidential records in HRIS and payroll systems, coordinates with brokers and vendors, supports year-end activities, and assists with onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, HR projects, and process improvements.
