Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and backend services. Create and run automated and manual tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines, diagnose defects, collaborate with engineering/product teams, and improve testing strategies and environments to ensure software quality and performance.

Supports the Chief Legal Officer by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts for SaaS customers. Advises stakeholders on legal risks, manages contract systems, templates, and files, supports RFP responses, develops training and SOP materials, conducts legal research, and contributes to special projects. The role requires collaboration with internal and external clients, strong judgment, attention to detail, and timely contract execution.

Drives new B2B and B2G SaaS business through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Manages pipelines, forecasts, client relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, Account Managers, and Customer Success. Requires expertise in Salesforce, compliance-driven sales, and public-sector buying processes. The role is based primarily in the New Braunfels office and requires approximately 50% travel to client sites, conferences, and company events.
