Leads LCG’s federal growth organization and enterprise new-business pipeline across government IT services. Responsibilities include business development, capture and proposal management, contract vehicle positioning, strategic teaming, federal client engagement, forecasting, bid/no-bid decisions, and growth governance. The executive will personally lead major federal pursuits, build scalable growth processes and teams, and drive expansion within CMS, CDC, VA, and other federal agencies while partnering with technology, finance, HR, contracts, and delivery leadership.

Provide technical mentorship, documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support of Appian applications for a federal health research client. Translates requirements into workflows, interfaces, integrations, and case management solutions; supports full SDLC activities, release management, accessibility, quality assurance, incident resolution, documentation, and Agile delivery. Collaborates with federal stakeholders and technical teams while contributing to modernization, compliance, knowledge transfer, and process improvement.

Develop and support full-stack web systems, SharePoint intranets, and Power Platform applications integrated with Microsoft 365 services. Build Canvas Apps, SPFx components, workflows, REST API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure secure coding, accessibility compliance, testing, documentation, change management, and Agile-DevSecOps practices. Collaborate with federal stakeholders and security personnel in a high-visibility NIH environment while supporting enterprise data integrations and user requests.

Manage enterprise Windows endpoints using Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Intune, and IBM BigFix. Responsibilities include patching, application deployment, compliance reporting, imaging, Group Policy management, endpoint configuration, and server patching support. Serve as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Maintain technical documentation and train staff on endpoint management tools while collaborating with security and server teams.

Lead enterprise application and solution architecture across long-lived Java and .NET applications, COTS products, Oracle databases, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Develop modernization roadmaps, target architectures, integration strategies, and governance standards; guide cloud and database modernization; evaluate vendors and technology options; advise executives and development teams; manage technical debt and risk; and mentor architects and technical leads. The role emphasizes pragmatic modernization without disrupting mission-critical operations.

Lead and manage a large federal IT program, ensuring delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams while engaging stakeholders and managing risks.

Design, implement, and operationalize GenAI/LLM solutions to enable AI-assisted development, codebase intelligence, and legacy-to-cloud modernization. Integrate AI assistants with enterprise platforms, support AI/ML workloads (e.g., SageMaker), ensure secure data handling, and drive AI adoption, governance, and developer productivity across engineering and DevSecOps teams.
