Leads project accounting and financial management for federal government contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, EACs, billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, audits, incurred cost submissions, and month-end and year-end close. Manages Deltek Costpoint data, contract modifications, invoices, subcontractor costs, receivables, and financial reporting while advising project managers and leadership on profitability, compliance, and corrective actions.

Administers the full government contract and subcontract lifecycle, including pre-award proposals, negotiations, renewals, certifications, compliance, reporting, audits, and closeout. Manages NDAs, teaming agreements, vendor agreements, supplier relationships, and contract documentation. Partners with Finance, Growth, Proposals, project management, and other departments to assess risks, track obligations, support audits, and improve contracting processes. This temporary, part-time remote role requires rapid ramp-up and independent management of a defined workload.

Leads the HR function for a federal IT contractor, managing HR staff and programs across recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and workforce planning. Advises leadership on employment law, organizational needs, budgets, and federal contracting requirements. Oversees affirmative action plans, employment reporting, HR vendors, benefits administration, employee investigations, HRIS operations, and staffing plans for proposals and recompetes. Requires hybrid onsite work in Rockville, Maryland, two days weekly.
