Design, build, and maintain production-grade full‑stack applications with emphasis on backend engineering and data-driven features. Develop Python backend services and APIs, build front-end components (e.g., React), deploy and operate apps on Azure, integrate internal and analytics data, ensure security and regulatory compliance, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and contribute to CI/CD, testing, and production operations. Deliver and productionize AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact.

Lead design and delivery of a centralized AI control platform to operationalize governance, explainability, monitoring, approvals, and auditability across the AI lifecycle. Partner with risk, legal, compliance, privacy, and audit to meet regulatory expectations, drive adoption, set metrics for control effectiveness, and report AI control maturity to senior management.
