Support technology-focused investment banking transactions across software, internet, hardware, and semiconductor sectors. Responsibilities include preparing client presentations, building financial models, conducting valuations, researching industries and competitors, supporting due diligence, executing deal processes, and coordinating with clients and advisors. The role requires at least one year of investment banking experience, strong quantitative and communication skills, proficiency in financial software, and fluency with AI tools and prompt engineering.

Support GP-led secondary transactions by performing due diligence, building financial and cash‑flow models, preparing marketing materials (CIMs, teasers, investor presentations), managing investor outreach and VDRs, and coordinating diligence and communications across Lazard deal teams and institutional investors.
