Lead and unify Tier 1/2 application support across the SD Apps portfolio. Standardize intake, triage, escalation, and ServiceNow-based workflows; coordinate coverage and cross-team escalations; produce dashboards, metrics, and knowledge-base content; mentor lower-tier staff; and partner with service-management teams to build a dependable, scalable support model. Lead and manage directorate administrative operations and a team of exempt administrators supporting 100+ staff. Oversee recruiting, performance management, workforce planning, budgets, process improvements, and compliance. Partner with leadership to standardize practices, drive digital transformation, and ensure safe, secure, and effective administrative service delivery.

Lead transition of prototype optical components to production: develop and optimize processes, qualify vendors, manage fabrication schedules and data, perform root-cause analysis and yield improvement, collaborate with physics and integration teams, and provide technical guidance across fabrication, coating, metrology, and assembly for NIF optical systems.

Design, implement, and support enterprise AI infrastructure and pipelines; optimize workflows via automation and IaC; integrate and evaluate GenAI/MLOps tools; ensure security compliance; monitor performance for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency; collaborate with engineers, IT, and stakeholders.
