Troubleshoot with application teams, design improvements, automate tasks with scripting, meet SLAs, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation. Support hybrid identity, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and certificate-based authentication.

Solicit, negotiate, award, and administer moderate-to-high value subcontracts (fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, specialized). Ensure compliance with DOE/NNSA and procurement regulations, develop SOWs, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, manage contract lifecycle, prepare audit responses, and serve as technical procurement resource and project leader/mentor for complex acquisitions.

Deploy, test, troubleshoot, evaluate, operate, and maintain complex electronic systems and prototype equipment. Lead small projects, develop repair/calibration guides, provide advanced technical support for engineering tests and experiments, mentor others, and recommend maintenance and troubleshooting methods.
