Administer and optimize the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), act as product owner for LMS features, handle complex help-desk tickets, gather requirements, document processes, run reports, coordinate with IT/development for fixes and integrations, create test plans and training materials, and provide end-user support and system audits.
