Manages information assurance and cybersecurity compliance for sensitive DoD and MHS systems. Responsibilities include developing ATO and C&A documentation, administering vulnerability management, applying STIGs, monitoring security events, responding to incidents, supporting continuous monitoring, controlling system access, auditing tools, and implementing corrective actions. The role also coordinates security policies, assigns team tasks, supports ticketing and SLAs, and advises system owners on security requirements and system changes.

Leads software development and bridges project management with engineering teams. Develops applications and APIs, performs code reviews, testing, debugging, vulnerability remediation, upgrades, and technical documentation. Collaborates with customers and participates in Agile delivery. Requires extensive software engineering experience, Secret clearance, Security+ certification, U.S. citizenship, and expertise with .NET technologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing tools.

Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, and AWS. Build responsive frontends, REST APIs, and microservices; guide technical teams; conduct code reviews; establish development standards; and drive CI/CD initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment to deliver secure, high-performance cloud-native solutions.

Deploys, administers, monitors, secures, troubleshoots, and upgrades LAN, WLAN, WAN, and related network infrastructure. Evaluates network hardware and software, coordinates implementations and upgrades, develops technical documentation, resolves trouble tickets, supports network closets, and collaborates with technical teams. Requires after-hours on-call availability, physical installation work, and support for secure federal or DoD environments.
