Lead and manage the HRC Fort Knox program: ensure contract compliance, serve as primary customer contact, plan and track schedules and deliverables, manage staffing and performance evaluations, identify process improvements, and maintain program performance and customer satisfaction.

Support Project and Program Managers by coordinating resources, meetings, and deliverables, tracking staffing and budgets, producing status reports, maintaining meeting records and action items, and communicating issues to leadership. Perform routine tasks with some supervision and may guide technical staff.

Lead and oversee daily operations, production planning, performance and financial analysis, staffing and scheduling, operations policy and manual updates, budget support, and cross-department coordination to meet organizational goals. Supervise hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions while supporting growth of a Native Hawaiian 8(a) organization and federal contracting requirements.

Manage, secure, optimize, and sustain enterprise Microsoft SQL Server databases across development, test, production, and backup environments. Implement HA, replication, backup/recovery, STIGs, and patches; develop T-SQL and SSIS; perform lifecycle management, monitoring, documentation, and accreditation tasks; mentor junior DBAs and participate in on-call support for mission-critical systems.

Manage, secure, optimize, and sustain enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments. Install/configure SQL Server versions, implement HA/backup/DR, develop T-SQL and SSIS solutions, apply STIGs/patches, monitor performance, maintain documentation, mentor junior DBAs, respond to tickets and on-call incidents.

Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing; develop and execute test plans and automated tests; analyze defects and root causes; collaborate with developers and product management; improve testing methodologies and document SOPs to ensure release readiness.
