Supports Air Force National Tactical Integration operations as a cryptologic and intelligence subject matter expert. Responsibilities include strategic planning, CONOPS and CONEMPS development, operational research, policy updates, situational awareness, process documentation, mission continuity, RFI management, and training program delivery. The role coordinates with military units and intelligence partners, tracks training compliance, identifies capability gaps, and recommends operational improvements.

Leads business systems analysis for an Army human capital management system. Elicits, documents, validates, and reviews business and software requirements; coordinates stakeholder approvals; supports software testing; creates analytical reports; documents operational processes; liaises with government contacts and developers; collaborates with project management; conducts walkthroughs and inspections; and develops process improvements. The role also supports onboarding and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Lead end-to-end development of scalable enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, and AWS. Design RESTful APIs, microservices, responsive interfaces, and secure cloud environments. Guide technical teams, perform code reviews, establish development best practices, and drive CI/CD initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile environment.

Facilitates Agile processes, Scrum ceremonies, requirements elicitation and validation, stakeholder communications, software testing, automated test scripting, Azure DevOps requirements management and CI/CD pipelines. Serves as liaison among users, developers, government contacts, and project managers while documenting business processes, coordinating approvals, supporting onboarding, maintaining traceability, and improving technical processes.

Deploys, administers, monitors, secures, troubleshoots, and upgrades LAN, WLAN, WAN, and related network infrastructure. Evaluates network hardware and software, coordinates implementations and upgrades, develops technical documentation, resolves trouble tickets, supports network closets, and collaborates with technical teams. Requires after-hours on-call availability, physical installation work, and support for secure federal or DoD environments.
