Leads software development and bridges project management with engineering teams. Develops applications and APIs, performs code reviews, testing, debugging, vulnerability remediation, upgrades, and technical documentation. Collaborates with customers and participates in Agile delivery. Requires extensive software engineering experience, Secret clearance, Security+ certification, U.S. citizenship, and expertise with .NET technologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing tools.

Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, and AWS. Build responsive frontends, REST APIs, and microservices; guide technical teams; conduct code reviews; establish development standards; and drive CI/CD initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment to deliver secure, high-performance cloud-native solutions.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise servers, storage, virtualization platforms, applications, and endpoint management solutions. Supports Windows Server environments, disaster recovery, performance monitoring, and data center operations. Partners with cybersecurity and Information Assurance teams to meet DoD RMF requirements, maintain security baselines, and remediate vulnerabilities. The role also includes documentation, training, scheduled downtime support, and incident response.
