Leads software developers and Scrum Masters responsible for a contract platform and internal CMS. Sets technical direction, manages delivery and releases, coaches teams, improves engineering quality, and partners with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and stakeholders. The role also drives practical AI adoption in software development, including AI-assisted workflows, code review, testing, documentation, and delivery analysis.

Analyze customer behavior and experiment data to guide product decisions across conversion, engagement, and renewals. The role designs and evaluates experiments, performs statistical analysis, identifies trends and growth opportunities, builds dashboards and automated reports, improves tracking and attribution, writes SQL and Python analyses, and communicates actionable recommendations to Product Owners and leadership.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and ongoing optimization of LawDepot’s eSign product. Partner with development, design, analytics, checkout, and QA teams to improve customer experience, conversion, monetization, and business growth. Responsibilities include setting objectives, prioritizing initiatives, analyzing performance, managing stakeholders, guiding launches, and making data-driven product decisions within an Agile environment.
