Lead delivery of AI-powered products by managing software developers and data scientists, owning the AI roadmap, establishing AI-native development practices, ensuring secure scalable systems, mentoring team members, partnering with product/stakeholders, and supporting responsible AI governance.

Plan, build, launch, and analyze A/B experiments across the checkout funnel to improve conversion and UX. Create content, wireframes, and production-ready assets, manage experiment backlog and CMS, collaborate with Product/Dev/Design/Analysis, and make evidence-based recommendations to optimize customer journeys.

Lead delivery of customer-facing AI products, internal AI enablement, and BI/reporting solutions. Manage developers, data scientists, and BI specialists; set architecture, standards, roadmaps, governance, and SDLC best practices; prioritize work, mentor staff, and partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI and reporting systems.

Build AI-enabled automation, reporting, dashboards, and ad-platform integrations to improve paid search performance. Monitor data quality and campaign health, manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, analyze performance and financial KPIs, and train/mentor the team while maintaining documentation and researching AI/automation opportunities.

Analyze large-scale paid search campaign and financial data to identify optimization opportunities, improve profitability and efficiency, build audience segments, support creative copy and landing-page work, and communicate actionable recommendations while collaborating with Legal, Product, and Development teams.
