Leads software developers and Scrum Masters responsible for a contract platform and internal CMS. Sets technical direction, manages delivery and releases, coaches teams, improves engineering quality, and partners with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and stakeholders. The role also drives practical AI adoption in software development, including AI-assisted workflows, code review, testing, documentation, and delivery analysis.

Lead cross-functional product optimization projects from discovery through launch. Improve customer experiences, conversion, retention, onboarding, cancellation prevention, and win-back journeys through website updates, experimentation, analytics, and customer insights. Coordinate requirements, timelines, developer handoffs, testing, approvals, and launch readiness while maintaining backlogs and documenting results. Use CMS platforms, analytics tools, wireframes, prototypes, and AI tools to support continuous product improvement.

Analyze customer behavior and experiment data to guide product decisions across conversion, engagement, and renewals. The role designs and evaluates experiments, performs statistical analysis, identifies trends and growth opportunities, builds dashboards and automated reports, improves tracking and attribution, writes SQL and Python analyses, and communicates actionable recommendations to Product Owners and leadership.
