Manage accounts receivable and credit control activities including chasing aged debt via phone and email, reissuing invoices, resolving payment queries, and applying cash. Produce monthly debtor reports, chair debt review meetings with stakeholders, manage Zendesk tickets to SLA, support wider business debt collection, drive process improvements, and assist with ad hoc finance and audit requests.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide excellent end-user support, manage devices, conduct training, and assist in IT procedures and testing.

Deliver corporate secretarial and governance services across multiple jurisdictions, manage client relationships and compliance deadlines, coordinate international legal teams, maintain matter and finance systems, perform client updates, and ensure accurate invoicing and database integrity.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Safecall clients through consultative selling. Build account plans, uncover client challenges, progress upsell opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet monthly and quarterly retention and upsell targets.

Manage end-to-end client billing within the Invoice to Cash team: raise invoices in Sage Intacct, handle legal billing, respond to billing queries, support credit control, manage Zendesk tickets, assist audits and continuous improvement, and provide training and ad-hoc finance support to colleagues and leadership.
