Manage client billing for the professional services business, including raising annual, ad hoc, and legal invoices in Sage Intacct. Resolve billing queries, distribute Zendesk tickets, support credit control, assist with audits, train colleagues, and improve finance processes. The role also involves maintaining billing accuracy, meeting service-level deadlines, supporting wider finance activities, and contributing to team development and culture.

Manage accounts receivable and credit control activities including chasing aged debt via phone and email, reissuing invoices, resolving payment queries, and applying cash. Produce monthly debtor reports, chair debt review meetings with stakeholders, manage Zendesk tickets to SLA, support wider business debt collection, drive process improvements, and assist with ad hoc finance and audit requests.

Manage Safecall’s workplace investigations function, overseeing case allocation, investigator performance, quality assurance, client communication, governance, reporting, and compliance. Lead complex investigations, review reports, recruit and develop consultant investigators, support commercial proposals, monitor operational performance, and improve investigative processes and systems. The role initially combines hands-on investigation work with operational management, shifting toward broader oversight as the function grows.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Safecall clients through consultative selling. Build account plans, uncover client challenges, progress upsell opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet monthly and quarterly retention and upsell targets.
