Manage and grow a portfolio of Safecall clients through consultative selling. Build account plans, uncover client challenges, progress upsell opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet monthly and quarterly retention and upsell targets.

Provide administrative and client support for a portfolio of pensions engagements: onboarding, diary and travel management, systems administration, financial coordination (invoicing, WIP), reporting, meeting preparation, and process improvement while supporting Trustee Directors and maintaining data quality across systems.

Manage end-to-end client billing within the Invoice to Cash team: raise invoices in Sage Intacct, handle legal billing, respond to billing queries, support credit control, manage Zendesk tickets, assist audits and continuous improvement, and provide training and ad-hoc finance support to colleagues and leadership.
