Lead end-to-end sales target setting and commissions management: design and maintain commission schemes, ensure accurate calculations and payments, manage systems and controls, produce insight from commission data, drive automation and process improvement, support budgeting/forecasting and governance, and line-manage one direct report while partnering closely with Sales and Commercial Finance stakeholders.

Sell sponsorship and exhibition packages for Centellic's international legal tech events portfolio. Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing against personal revenue targets—while building senior relationships, identifying upsell and multi-event opportunities, representing Centellic at industry events, keeping CRM accurate, partnering with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery, and mentoring junior BDMs.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on international legal markets via interviews and data analysis, compile practitioner rankings, write concise findings, identify legal market trends, generate research leads, and help evolve research methodology using AI tools. Role includes domestic and international research travel and collaboration with a global research team.
