Lead and manage a mechanical design engineering section for nuclear and non-nuclear projects. Provide technical direction, review/approve designs and specifications, supervise staff, develop engineering programs, liaise with stakeholders, ensure compliance with nuclear standards and engineering processes, mentor junior engineers, and support business development and project delivery.

Manage development and review of operations and commissioning procedures for Cernavoda Unit 1 refurbishment. Coordinate stakeholders, ensure regulatory and licensing compliance, track schedule and deliverables, produce reports, and support safe return-to-service activities.

Lead design and delivery of electrical and I&C systems from FEED through detailed design, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and commissioning support. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, provide technical oversight, mentor junior staff, develop proposals and WBS, ensure regulatory compliance (nuclear CSA N-series), and drive process improvements and testing activities.

Lead and govern all engineering activities for the CANDU Unit 1 refurbishment as Design Authority. Ensure compliance with CNCAN, NSN-23, IAEA and nuclear quality standards; approve design documentation; oversee procurement specifications; manage engineering schedule, quality, and budget; mentor multidisciplinary teams; implement technically optimal solutions and manage change control and regulatory compliance.
