Manages integrated planning and scheduling for the Cernavoda U1 CANDU refurbishment project. Responsibilities include developing and updating schedules, integrating contractor plans, identifying and mitigating schedule risks, managing change control, reporting project status, and advising project leadership. The role leads schedule analysts, oversees staff development and performance, manages resources, and improves planning and budget-control processes. Experience with CANDU station refurbishment, maintenance, or operations and at least five years in superintendent or manager roles are required.

Leads contract strategy, commercial negotiations, and execution for strategic client engagements. Develops negotiation plans, manages commercial and contractual risk, coordinates cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders, secures approvals, and oversees contract management. The role also establishes contracting standards, ensures governance and compliance, improves negotiation processes, and mentors contract professionals while maintaining strong client and executive relationships.

Designs and analyzes electrical systems across FEED, conceptual, preliminary, detailed, and issued-for-construction phases. Develops drawings, calculations, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation; reviews supplier deliverables; supports testing, commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Leads projects, proposals, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination while mentoring junior staff. The role focuses on regulated nuclear and heavy-industrial projects, including power distribution, protection, coordination, load flow, short-circuit, arc-flash, and related electrical studies.
