Analyzes enrollment data, improves processes, oversees Slate usage and integrations, develops communication campaigns, and collaborates with university stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals.

The Lead Educator/Program Coordinator is responsible for creating a nurturing environment for children, planning appropriate curricula, supervising staff and students, communicating with parents, and maintaining records to support child development.
