Leads undergraduate admission recruitment, selection, enrollment, outreach, events, communications, and operations for first-year and transfer students. Supervises admission, events, and operations staff; manages budgets, vendors, recruitment territories, and professional development. Analyzes enrollment data, improves processes, oversees Slate usage and integrations, develops communication campaigns, and collaborates with university stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals.

The Lead Educator/Program Coordinator is responsible for creating a nurturing environment for children, planning appropriate curricula, supervising staff and students, communicating with parents, and maintaining records to support child development.
