Lead and manage CAAHEP-accredited IONM and NDT certificate programs, ensuring accreditation compliance, online curriculum design, faculty supervision, clinical partnerships, student advising, assessment, and program growth. Oversee accreditation documentation, clinical placements, outcomes reporting, and continuous quality improvement for online cohorts.

Coordinate, implement, and evaluate all clinical education for an accredited radiologic technology program. Manage clinical affiliations, site visits, instructor/preceptor onboarding, student placements and competency tracking, ensure JRCERT compliance, support accreditation reporting, teach assigned courses, and advise students.

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for graduate, workforce development, and online programs. Drive lead generation, enrollment, digital advertising, content, analytics, CRM/marketing automation, and cross-functional campaign execution. Manage vendors, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
