Manage LTL freight operations: enter and maintain shipment data in McLeod TMS, schedule and track pickups/deliveries, solicit freight quotes, negotiate carrier rates, dispatch drivers, update shipment records, and collaborate to improve processes and service.

Sell and grow customer accounts through prospecting, cold calling, and account management. Coordinate carriers, schedule and dispatch pickups/deliveries, maintain shipment tracking and communications, negotiate service and pricing, use McLeod and KPIs for CRM and forecasting, and collaborate with operations to meet customer needs.
