Design lead-management workflows, integrations, AI-powered automations, and measurable conversion tracking. Lead requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, tool evaluations, ROI analysis, and systems roadmap management. Partner with marketing leadership and Salesforce teams while communicating technical designs and outcomes to nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value; coordinate cross-functional teams, execute account plans and business reviews, resolve service issues end-to-end, maintain CRM data hygiene, drive retention and expansion, support engagement marketing initiatives, and proactively identify and prevent client problems.

Lead strategic account management for large clients, ensuring retention, growth, and value realization. Develop service and revenue strategies, resolve escalations, onboard clients, mentor account managers, and deliver data-driven insights. Travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.

Build end-to-end measurement for mid and lower funnel conversion; create dashboards and attribution frameworks; quantify drop-offs and root causes; analyze member services performance; generate actionable insights and documentation; automate reporting using AI tools; support operations and executive stakeholders with ad hoc and recurring analyses.

Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure Azure cloud infrastructure for HIPAA- and SOC-compliant healthcare applications. Automate provisioning with IaC (Terraform), build CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), ensure observability and incident response, optimize cloud costs, support disaster recovery, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with security, application, and compliance teams.
