Own and improve Lantern’s Growth Marketing technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and automation systems. Design lead-management workflows, integrations, AI-powered automations, and measurable conversion tracking. Lead requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, tool evaluations, ROI analysis, and systems roadmap management. Partner with marketing leadership and Salesforce teams while communicating technical designs and outcomes to nontechnical stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and data export solutions. Implement data quality, testing, and monitoring, collaborate with product and stakeholders to build analytical data models, support production jobs, perform PoCs, and contribute to roadmap, standards, and documentation.

Lead commercial planning and compensation for Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships. Own annual planning cycle, design and administer incentive plans, maintain commission accuracy, build long-term financial models, create Board/executive materials, and partner with Commercial leadership and Finance to translate growth strategy into operational plans.
