Collaborates with security, application, product, and compliance teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving platform reliability.

Leads and scales commercial enablement for a 200-person B2B healthcare organization. Responsibilities include building the enablement team, owning sales onboarding and ramp, GTM readiness, certification, content governance, platform administration, coaching programs, and measurement tied to win rates, ramp velocity, and sales cycle performance. The role partners closely with sales, product marketing, clinical, product, and HR leaders while applying AI and conversation intelligence to improve commercial effectiveness.

Own and optimize Lantern’s B2B growth marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo. Design lead-management workflows, integrations, and measurable conversion tracking; deploy AI and agentic automation; pilot tools and evaluate build-versus-buy decisions. Maintain the systems roadmap, document outcomes, and communicate technical designs to marketing leadership. Collaborate with Salesforce teams and use Salesforce Flows, Apex, and SQL to deliver scalable solutions.
