Creates and delivers polished graphic design assets across print and digital channels, including advertisements, social graphics, collateral, and marketing materials. Manages multiple design projects from brief through approval, coordinating timelines, feedback, and priorities with marketing and business teams. Applies brand standards across multiple brands, contributes creative recommendations, supports web, digital advertising, and video initiatives, and stays current with design trends and tools.

Produce accurate 2D and 3D models and shop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Inventor. Coordinate multi-discipline models, perform clash detection, create permit- and production-ready detail drawings, capture as-built changes, and verify fabrication methods on the shop floor while communicating conflicts and solutions to engineers and project managers.

Creates two- and three-dimensional building, structural, architectural, and shop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Inventor. Coordinates multiple construction and manufacturing disciplines, reviews models for clashes, and resolves design discrepancies with engineers and project managers. Produces permit-ready and fabrication drawings, incorporates field changes into as-built documents, and verifies production methods on the fabrication floor. Supports project teams by answering questions and coordinating project-related tasks.

Build and validate sales opportunities, prospect and research leads, document activities in CRM systems, coordinate appointments with retail product specialists, educate prospective customers about storm shelters, follow the five-touch outreach process, invoice and report sales, and cultivate customer, partner, and team relationships.
