Produce accurate 2D and 3D models and shop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Inventor. Coordinate multi-discipline models, perform clash detection, create permit- and production-ready detail drawings, capture as-built changes, and verify fabrication methods on the shop floor while communicating conflicts and solutions to engineers and project managers.

Manage project lifecycle for modular/offshore manufacturing: review RFQs, create project plans, coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, vendors and logistics, track schedules and costs, host kickoff and update meetings, ensure document control and regulatory interfaces, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

12-week HR/talent acquisition internship supporting full-cycle recruiting: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and pre-employment activities, preparing onboarding materials, maintaining HRIS records (e.g., Paylocity), and assisting HR team projects and recruiting events to enhance candidate experience.
