Work with companies across APAC to bring LLM applications and AI agents into production. Responsibilities include technical demos, developer training, workshops, customer deployment and onboarding, enterprise sales support, product feedback, and special projects. The role requires strong engineering and customer-facing skills, comfort presenting to technical audiences, and 40% travel to customer sites.

Own end-to-end order-to-cash operations across booking, provisioning, billing, invoicing, renewals, usage metering, and cloud marketplaces. Build the automation roadmap, improve touchless processing, reconcile billing data, support month-end close, and establish scalable controls. Partner with Deal Strategy, GTM Systems, Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering while personally shipping automations and resolving billing defects.

Own end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including order booking, provisioning, usage-based billing, invoicing, renewals, cloud marketplace operations, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Build launch readiness plans, training curricula, live workshops, content governance, information architecture, and recurring communications. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate complex product changes into actionable seller guidance. Maintain accurate, accessible knowledge systems for both humans and AI, measure field readiness, and continuously improve enablement processes.

Leads and scales LangChain’s EMEA SDR team by owning performance, coaching, recruiting, pipeline generation, and talent development. Builds inbound and outbound qualification playbooks, partners with sales, marketing, and RevOps on accounts and territories, and implements systems to improve productivity. Uses funnel metrics and conversion data to optimize performance while supporting technical product sales to developer audiences.

Own Salesforce-centered GTM systems programs from discovery through UAT, deployment, change management, and adoption. Translate ambiguous revenue-team needs into specifications, process flows, data models, acceptance criteria, and prioritization decisions. Manage sales process redesign, vendor evaluations, revenue-data integrity, and reconciliation across Salesforce, billing, and cloud marketplaces. Partner across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, Finance, engineers, and AI coding agents while maintaining quality and release-risk controls.

Qualify inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, hand off opportunities to Account Executives, capture prospect insights to inform sales and product, and experiment with channels and LangChain-powered agents to improve outreach and conversion.

Responsibilities include architectural design, storage and query optimization, reliability engineering, testing, monitoring, alerting, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and cross-functional feature delivery. The role focuses on high-throughput, mission-critical AI platform systems.

Lead architecture and implementation of LangSmith platform features across Go, Python, and TypeScript. Collaborate with product and design teams, mentor engineers, drive project timelines, and deliver clean, tested software. Build and expand the company’s analytics data stack using Looker, LookML, dbt, BigQuery, and Airbyte. Develop data models, integrate multiple business systems, create KPI dashboards, and analyze product usage, customer health, adoption, and revenue data. The role empowers business teams with self-service analytics, actionable insights, and data-informed decision-making while developing a strong understanding of business metrics.

Develop and enhance LangSmith frontend features using React and TypeScript.
