The Customer Marketing Manager will oversee customer storytelling, develop reference programs, manage customer involvement in events, and create assets that drive sales and shape marketing narratives.

Write and maintain developer-focused product documentation (user guides, API docs, specs). Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure clarity and accuracy, improve documentation standards and processes, review content, and continuously update docs as products evolve.

The role involves managing the full sales cycle for LangChain's products, educating customers, driving proof-of-concepts, and shaping go-to-market strategies.
