Teams at LangChain

Write and maintain developer-focused product documentation (user guides, API docs, specs). Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure clarity and accuracy, improve documentation standards and processes, review content, and continuously update docs as products evolve.

Own and operate the SF HQ end-to-end: maintain a pristine, stocked workspace; greet guests and run on-site events; manage vendors, budgets, and facilities; run workplace systems and ticketing; lead space planning, moves, life-safety, SOPs, and automation using AI to streamline operations.

Build and teach reliable AI agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith. Design hands-on workshops, tutorials, reference implementations, and technical training. Provide customer guidance, create internal agents and tools, communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and stay current with agent engineering practices. The role requires strong Python skills, live debugging and presentation abilities, customer-facing experience, and up to 20% travel.
