Teach 12–15 credit hours per semester (4–5 courses), advise students, participate in department activities, design engaging lessons across modalities, and use Blackboard and Microsoft Office. Maintain classroom management, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Lead the design and delivery of a student-centered residential experience, manage residence hall operations and housing assignments, enforce community standards, support crisis response, and maintain housing records and compliance. Live-in role with evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities.
