Serves as the first point of contact for a college facility by greeting visitors, answering calls, directing guests, maintaining sign-in records, issuing passes, and monitoring front desk access. The role supports campus safety by reporting concerns, following emergency procedures, maintaining documentation, protecting confidential information, and coordinating with campus departments. Evening, weekend, holiday, or special event coverage may be required.
