Source and attract qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, conduct interviews, assess applicants, and connect talent with open opportunities. The role involves building lasting candidate relationships, supporting company growth, and contributing to recruitment objectives. Candidates need at least one year of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, persistence, proactivity, English fluency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid schedule at the Carnaxide office three days per week.

Develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions using machine learning, generative AI, and large language models. Translate business needs into scalable AI applications, work with data processing and APIs, evaluate and improve models, and operate within modern cloud environments and Agile teams. Strong English communication and continuous learning are expected.
