Supports credit control for retail and office property portfolios. Responsibilities include chasing arrears, reconciling tenant accounts, preparing statements, contributing to arrears reporting, identifying and processing bad debt items, supporting provision calculations, attending arrears meetings, and coordinating information for insolvency matters, collection agents, and solicitors. The role provides training and works closely with Finance, Asset Management, Legal, tenants, customers, and external parties.

Responsibilities include roadmap support, governance, enhancement backlog prioritization, sprint and release management, administration, security and access management, metadata coordination, incident resolution, upgrades, testing, documentation, performance oversight, and data quality improvement. The role serves as the OneStream subject matter expert and partners with Finance, Technology, users, and external support providers.

Lead strategic finance business partnering for Workplace Investments, focusing on acquisitions, disposals, valuations, capex forecasting and performance management. Deliver executive reporting, financial analysis, investment appraisal standardisation, post-investment reviews, and support JV opportunities while ensuring robust controls and developing junior analysts.
