Lead portfolio-wide commercial activation strategy to double revenue from ~£5m to £10m+ by identifying, securing and operationalising activations, kiosks, pop-ups and partnerships. Manage a UK-wide commercialisation team and third-party agencies, work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Leasing and Operations, and create plans to unlock value from under-utilised spaces to drive visitor engagement and consistent delivery standards.

Lead the Data & Technology change portfolio, owning planning, budgeting, prioritisation, benefits realisation and portfolio reporting. Establish a change centre of excellence and governance, manage resource capacity, risks, PPM tools and portfolio boards, and drive value-led investment decisions across technology-enabled business change.

Manage technical performance, maintenance, compliance and customer relationships across London workspaces. Support M&E contractors, oversee major works and service partners, contribute to decarbonisation and energy reduction, advise on occupier alterations, and ensure buildings are safe, efficient and future-proofed.
