Deliver executive reporting, financial analysis, investment appraisal standardisation, post-investment reviews, and support JV opportunities while ensuring robust controls and developing junior analysts.

Support development and delivery of consumer experience initiatives and placemaking activations across retail destinations. Analyse consumer data and insights to inform design, support project delivery (timelines, budgets, partners), maintain brand standards, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, trial innovations, and measure performance to improve experiences.
