Palletizes and packages playground equipment parts, ensuring labels match, preventing damage, checking for quality defects, and loading pallets as part of a rotating team. Previous manufacturing experience, basic computer knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Supervises production teams and daily operations while achieving safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and takt-time targets. Develops staffing plans and standard work, assesses constraints, coaches employees, and partners with engineering. Leads lean manufacturing, kaizen, PDCA, MDI, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering accountability, engagement, and idea sharing.

Supports blast booth, wash booth, powder painting, and kitting operations in a production environment. Operates and maintains blasting, washing, painting, and material-handling equipment; prepares and coats parts; performs quality and adhesion checks; monitors waste water; stages finished products; and packages customer orders. Requires teamwork, cross-training, prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety and environmental procedures.

Assembles complex playground equipment components according to instructions and technical prints. Inspects parts for defects, identifies items needing rework, verifies quantities, labels and packages completed parts for shipment, and supports continuous improvement efforts. The role requires quality focus, reliable attendance, multitasking, cross-training flexibility, and basic computer skills.

Develops early-stage product and process concepts through mechanical design, experimentation, fabrication, and prototype testing. Creates 3D CAD designs, builds prototypes using welding, machining, forming, and assembly methods, and evaluates feasibility, performance, and durability. Researches materials and manufacturing techniques, documents testing and lessons learned, and communicates technical findings to internal teams. Requires an independent, hands-on approach to solving technical challenges in product development and manufacturing environments.

Supports blast booth production through media blasting, washing, powder painting, quality checks, equipment maintenance, and kitting customer orders. Operates and sets up machinery, prepares surfaces, applies coatings, performs adhesion tests, stages finished products, manages waste water, and documents missing or incorrect parts. Cross-trains across production areas while following environmental, health, safety, quality, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Unload playground equipment parts from a PVC production line, inspect them for defects, trim and touch up parts to quality standards, and assist teammates with repetitive lifting and movement of heavy components. The role requires teamwork, continual standing, overhead work, and repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
