Jobs at Landscape Structures

Leads daily cycle-count activities by assigning work, coordinating counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and driving corrective actions. Coaches team members on inventory procedures, standard work, safety, and material handling. Reports inventory accuracy and performance trends, partners with Production, Purchasing, and Planning, and leads continuous-improvement efforts involving material flow, replenishment, 5S, and process controls.

Designs and develops jigs, fixtures, machines, robotic weld fixtures, and other tooling used to manufacture or verify products. Collaborates with Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering from concept through production and testing. Creates detailed manufacturing drawings, applies lean methods, troubleshoots tooling on the shop floor, trains staff, and provides technical support for tooling assembly and operation.

Designs commercial playground structures from concept through manufacturing-ready shop drawings. Creates CAD models, assemblies, bills of materials, installation sheets, and material specifications. Applies design-for-manufacturability, safety standards, basic structural analysis, and manufacturing-process knowledge. Collaborates with suppliers, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to manage cost, quality, performance, and schedule. Supports prototypes and production builds, facilitates design reviews, and troubleshoots technical issues.
