Teams at Landscape Structures

Assembles and organizes CNC and PVC products onto pallets for distribution. Retrieves products according to production orders, verifies quantities, inspects for defects, packs items securely, labels pallets accurately, and coordinates with production teams to support timely order fulfillment. The role requires safe handling of products up to 50 pounds, extended standing, repetitive work, basic computer use, and the ability to read blueprints and job sheets.

Palletizes and packages playground equipment parts, ensuring labels match, preventing damage, checking for quality defects, and loading pallets as part of a rotating team. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, multitasking, teamwork, and following team-lead direction. Previous manufacturing experience, basic computer knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Supervises production teams and daily operations while achieving safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and takt-time targets. Develops staffing plans and standard work, assesses constraints, coaches employees, and partners with engineering. Leads lean manufacturing, kaizen, PDCA, MDI, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering accountability, engagement, and idea sharing.
