Provides first-line technical support to Synchro Arts customers by logging, tracking, troubleshooting, and escalating issues. Communicates with users through resolution, develops proficiency with Synchro Arts products across multiple DAWs, and documents workflows and improvements. The role requires customer service experience, strong audio and music-production knowledge, troubleshooting ability, excellent communication, English proficiency, and comfort working independently and collaboratively. This is a fixed-term contract based in downtown Montreal.

Own growth product marketing across the acquisition, signup, activation, conversion, and retention funnel. Analyze behavioral, campaign, lifecycle, and product data to identify opportunities; develop audience strategies, messaging, experiments, onboarding and paywall improvements; and deliver actionable recommendations and reports. Partner with Ads, Lifecycle, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams while leading campaign management and go-to-market initiatives.
