Develop and implement in-store visual displays and merchandising layouts to reflect brand campaigns, optimize product presentation, and drive sales. Collaborate with store teams and marketing to ensure consistent brand image, maintain visual standards, and execute seasonal floor sets and promotions.

Oversee and perform warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, barcoding, staging, stock replenishment, stocktaking, and supervising loading/unloading. Ensure FIFO, maintain reports, follow WMS Retek processes, and prepare shipping/delivery documentation.

Lead institutional/B2B sales for the concept by developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing inventory and distribution, building client relationships, driving collections and credit control, collaborating with marketing, and managing a team to meet KPIs and expand institutional business across regions.
