The Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing aftersales operations, handling complaints, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Manages supply chain finance activities, including investment planning, ROI and cash-flow analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, variance tracking, cost optimization, and process controls. Identifies automation opportunities for reporting and reconciliations while managing relationships with internal departments, brands, retail teams, and external vendors.

The Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, document processes and workflows, design practical solutions with technology teams, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. The role requires stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, feasibility assessment, business reporting, and translating complex insights into actionable recommendations using SQL, advanced Excel, and Python.
