Perform safe delivery of electronics and appliances from warehouse to stores and customers. Load/unload and secure goods, verify documentation, assist with placement and basic installation, collect PODs, coordinate with teams, report issues, and maintain vehicle condition while following safety and company SOPs.

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and store electronics and appliances. Support inbound/outbound activities, picking, packing, inventory counts, documentation, equipment checks, and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness following SOPs.

Serve as a strategic HR analytics partner to the CHRO by developing enterprise HR dashboards, analyzing workforce trends (headcount, attrition, diversity, mobility, engagement), delivering actionable insights, supporting organizational effectiveness, ensuring HR data governance and privacy, automating reporting with BI tools, and preparing executive and board-level workforce reports to inform talent and business strategy.
