Supports fitness and wellness programming for older adults across healthcare, personal care, and residential living settings. Leads exercise and educational classes, demonstrates safe equipment use, motivates residents, coordinates wellness events, maintains documentation, supports volunteers, and assists with aquatic center coverage and cleaning. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, safety, and infection-control practices.

Leads the organization’s dementia-friendly Center of Excellence, including education, programming, physical-environment improvements, technology initiatives, research, and provider certification. Develops PAC coaching and caregiver education programs, supports families and staff, promotes individualized resident engagement and autonomy, and collaborates with clinical, IT, pastoral, social work, and life enrichment teams to ensure consistent dementia-friendly services across communities.

Coordinate and complete downsizing, home organization, decorating, and related transition services for residents and community clients. Meet with clients, schedule and arrange manpower and outside services, assist with marketing and reports, and provide hands-on support for sorting, moving, donating, and storing items. Maintain professionalism, time management, and strong client relations.

Serve as primary contact for prospective and current residents at two Lancaster 55+ communities. Manage prospect database, provide administrative support, coordinate work orders, and facilitate Spanish-English translation and interpretation to support daily operations and resident orientation. Maintain confidentiality, follow HIPAA and safety protocols, and support LQL team as needed.
