Leads the organization’s dementia-friendly Center of Excellence, including education, programming, physical-environment improvements, technology initiatives, research, and provider certification. Develops PAC coaching and caregiver education programs, supports families and staff, promotes individualized resident engagement and autonomy, and collaborates with clinical, IT, pastoral, social work, and life enrichment teams to ensure consistent dementia-friendly services across communities.

Part-time Executive Director to manage administration, programs, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach for a seniors' village. Oversees member assessments, volunteer coordination, database and records management, community partnerships, board support, staff supervision, budgeting, and advocacy for aging-in-place resources.

Coordinate and complete downsizing, home organization, decorating, and related transition services for residents and community clients. Meet with clients, schedule and arrange manpower and outside services, assist with marketing and reports, and provide hands-on support for sorting, moving, donating, and storing items. Maintain professionalism, time management, and strong client relations.
