Lead revenue and pricing strategy across a nationwide portfolio, scaling ML-driven pricing models. Drive dynamic pricing, elasticity tests, scenario modeling, and dashboards (Python/SQL/Looker). Partner cross-functionally to optimize occupancy, RevPAR, and channel mix, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Deploy to U.S. markets as the acting market owner during GM leave, overseeing member experience, property/vendor relationships, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, unit quality, KPIs (NPS, CSAT), market growth, and VIP preparation. Manage member communications, escalate maintenance, coordinate new home installs, and ensure smooth handoffs. Role requires heavy travel, rapid decision-making, and building trust quickly with stakeholders.

Own and improve dbt models, ELT pipelines, and warehouse architecture (Snowflake or equivalent) to deliver reliable executive KPIs and metric governance. Build data spine for Finance/Operations, enforce data quality/testing, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, FP&A, and Accounting, and influence analytics engineering standards, tooling, and roadmap.
