Manage the end-to-end permitting process for short-term rental apartments, including preparing applications, following up with U.S. city and county offices, tracking deadlines, processing renewals, escalating blockers, and updating internal systems when units are approved. Maintain a jurisdiction rules library and prioritize work that activates the most apartments. The role requires advanced English, persistence, strong organization, urgency, accuracy, and daily use of AI tools with careful verification.

Owns hospitality operations across a New Jersey property segment, including reservations, member experience, property and housekeeping partnerships, maintenance escalations, unit quality, market KPIs, and new-property launches. The role requires autonomous decision-making, rapid issue triage, strong organization, and availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Owns pricing and revenue optimization across a nationwide furnished-apartment portfolio. Develops dynamic pricing strategies, enhances machine learning models, analyzes elasticity and occupancy forecasts, builds performance dashboards, integrates external market data, and evaluates channel mix and ROAS tradeoffs. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations while presenting pricing and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
