Lancaster Bible College Benefits Overview

Recruit and build the admissions funnel by visiting high schools, churches, fairs, and community colleges. Conduct extensive travel (up to 75%), represent the college at events, communicate with prospects via phone/text/email, coordinate travel logistics, prepare reports, and cultivate relationships with school and community contacts.

Manage and configure the student information system and related academic technologies, ensure data accuracy through audits, create/maintain configuration guides and workflows, train end-users, and coordinate with Registrar, Enrollment, Financial Aid, and Provost offices to support academic operations.

Senior executive partnering with the President to align institutional strategy, lead organizational culture, develop leaders, oversee planning and institutional effectiveness, and drive cross-departmental execution in support of Lancaster Bible College's mission and values.
