Lancaster Bible College Benefits Overview

Coordinates audiovisual technology for internal college events, including staffing student workers, professionals, and freelancers; scheduling and maintaining event calendars; assessing production needs; coordinating vendors; supporting AVL installations, repairs, and upgrades; training and mentoring student workers; managing on-call support; and maintaining production standards for events and chapel services.

Builds the admissions recruitment funnel by visiting schools, churches, fairs, and community programs to generate leads, increase campus visits, and promote applications. Represents the college at recruitment events, communicates with prospective students through phone, email, texting, and mail, coordinates extensive travel, prepares recruitment reports, and develops relationships with counselors, youth pastors, alumni, and college advocates.

Provide leadership, administration, and teaching within the Master of Divinity program, oversee curriculum development, recruit staff, and assist in student services.
