Supports and grows existing B2B accounts through responsive service, pricing, order coordination, contract and project bids, and customer issue resolution. Manages Salesforce account details, pricing strategies, RFQs, and sales leads while identifying upsell opportunities. Collaborates with outside sales, manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, supply chain, branches, and vendors to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.

Supports and grows existing B2B customer accounts through responsive service, pricing, order coordination, contract and project bids, and issue resolution. Manages account pricing in Salesforce, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinates with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and operations, and supports customer retention and satisfaction. Reviews RFQs, manages pricing strategies, communicates order updates, and reports sales leads and bid outcomes.

Designs, develops, and maintains BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations (primarily Tableau) using SQL and relational databases. Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, build data models, validate data accuracy, and deliver KPIs. Supports integrations, troubleshooting, and evaluation of AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions.
