Legal intern supporting commercial and corporate matters, including contract drafting, NDA and vendor-agreement triage, clause libraries, negotiation templates, AI-assisted intake workflows, corporate transactions, and contract lifecycle management implementation.

Owns technical customer deployments from signed contract through production readiness. Validates GPU, cloud, connectivity, storage, and compute configurations; troubleshoots issues; coordinates Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams; tracks risks and dependencies; provides stakeholder updates; guides onboarding; and develops reusable runbooks and automation before transitioning stable customers to the account team.

Provide corporate legal support focused on governance, equity administration, securities, financings, M&A, subsidiaries, entity management, and potential IPO readiness. Maintain Carta cap tables, coordinate equity processes and 409A valuations, prepare board materials, support employee legal initiatives, monitor regulations, improve legal workflows, and advise on transactional and ad hoc matters.
