Teams at Lambda

Own the finance evaluation of major sites, customer deals, hardware purchases, capital commitments, unit economics, and cloud pricing. Partner with operations, supply chain, capital markets, sales, engineers, and leadership to assess returns, risks, assumptions, and trade-offs. Build scalable evaluation frameworks, templates, systems, and review processes; present recommendations at investment and deal reviews; and support strategic finance initiatives across the business.

Leads a team responsible for designing, operating, and scaling Lambda’s core cloud platform, including Managed Kubernetes, distributed services, automation, observability, APIs, and multi-region infrastructure. Owns technical direction, roadmap, execution, reliability, incident response, hiring, team development, and cross-functional alignment. The role focuses on resilient, highly available platform services supporting demanding AI and GPU workloads.

Supports daily San Jose office operations as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and vendors. Responsibilities include visitor reception, conference room and kitchen upkeep, supply ordering, mail and shipping, vendor management, workplace safety, facility issue resolution, lunch service administration, office events, emergency action plan updates, and administrative support. The role is fully onsite five days per week with occasional travel to San Francisco.
