Manages a portfolio of major-gift donors and prospects, developing cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and planned-giving strategies. The role solicits five- and six-figure gifts, builds donor and volunteer relationships, leads fundraising committees and events, tracks portfolio and event data, and meets revenue and engagement goals. It also supports leadership solicitations, sponsorship development, donor recognition, reporting, and coordination with organizational staff across assigned markets.

Manage and cultivate a portfolio of legacy and major gift donors, solicit and steward gifts, prepare planned giving proposals and estate paperwork, coordinate events and volunteer recruitment, maintain Raiser's Edge records, run reports, and support donor-facing and administrative tasks across NY or LA with up to 30% travel.

The Regional Director leads fundraising efforts in the Midwest, manages major donor portfolios, mentors team members, and oversees regional office operations while collaborating on events and strategies to grow donations.
