The Staff Attorney will lead state-level policy advocacy, draft legislation, provide legal analysis, support coalitions, and engage in public education, focusing on LGBTQ+ rights and HIV-related issues.

Manage and cultivate a portfolio of legacy and major gift donors, solicit and steward gifts, prepare planned giving proposals and estate paperwork, coordinate events and volunteer recruitment, maintain Raiser's Edge records, run reports, and support donor-facing and administrative tasks across NY or LA with up to 30% travel.

The Regional Director will lead fundraising efforts for the Western region, manage donor portfolios, oversee major gifts strategy, and supervise a team. Responsibilities include developing major gifts strategies, collaborating on events, mentoring staff, and managing regional office operations.
