Agriculture Controller responsible for financial controlling, forecasting, management reporting, period close, compliance, risk management, internal controls, and performance analysis for the Agricultural/Potato sourcing area. The role supports strategic and operational goals, develops recommendations, monitors execution, and partners with agricultural specialists and internal stakeholders. It requires strong financial analysis, communication, relationship-building, and risk-management skills in an international environment.

Supports FP&A activities including month-end reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, annual planning, financial modeling, dashboards, and data governance. The role analyzes business performance, identifies trends and risks, maintains accurate financial information, supports internal controls and audits, and collaborates with finance, controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders on reporting improvements and ad hoc business requests.

Executes EMEA and local trade marketing campaigns in France, develops pull and push activation plans, supports sales funnel effectiveness, equips sales teams, aligns launches with customers, contributes to route-to-market strategy and annual planning, and monitors market and competitor trends. The role requires foodservice marketing expertise, strong channel understanding, negotiation skills, bilingual English and French fluency, and travel within France and to the Netherlands.

Own the UK and Ireland foodservice marketing strategy, translating regional priorities into local campaigns, customer propositions, product launches, and trade activations. Partner with Sales, Innovation, customers, agencies, and international stakeholders to drive growth, manage budgets, measure ROI, and improve marketing effectiveness. Lead strategic projects, develop a team member, professionalize marketing processes, and influence portfolio and innovation decisions across the business.

Inspect the processing line, removing foreign bodies and poor-quality produce. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area under health, safety, environmental, and GMP standards. Escalate issues to supervisors, complete shift handovers, perform sanitation duties, remain at the workstation until relieved, and support colleagues through on-the-job guidance and training.

Lead BENE foodservice sales strategy and execution, manage national/international accounts and a small team, drive growth and profitability, negotiate contracts and pricing, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor colleagues, and represent the brand at industry events.
