Serve as a finance business partner for EMEA commercial regions, analyzing performance, budgets, forecasts, and strategic objectives. Provide financial insights, management reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead planning and forecasting processes, challenge business assumptions, support risk and governance activities, and drive accountability, operational excellence, and value creation across international markets.

Lead design, implementation, optimization, and support of global IT and OT LAN/WAN and wireless networks. Provide SME-level troubleshooting, security (firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS), SD-WAN operations, cloud networking (Aviatrix, AWS, Azure), and network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform). Collaborate with OT teams for PLC/SCADA/HMI connectivity and maintain network documentation and runbooks.

Leads EMEA manufacturing strategy and performance across sourcing, production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and technical services. Oversees plant managers, safety, food quality, continuous improvement, operational excellence, capital planning, asset utilization, capacity, talent development, and financial results. Drives transformation, sustainability, stakeholder partnerships, and regional KPI performance across a complex, multi-country manufacturing organization.
