Provides bilingual English-Spanish administrative and clerical support for the NextGen Spanish Ministry. Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, phone and email communication, confidential information handling, event and class coordination, CMS data entry, logistics, volunteer communication, and support for ministry leaders and activities.

Provides administrative and operational support primarily for Marriage Ministry and secondarily for Pastoral Ministries. Coordinates calendars, meetings, classes, events, volunteers, communications, records, databases, logistics, projects, and follow-up. Serves as a point of contact for inquiries, maintains confidential information, supports ministry leaders, and helps execute church initiatives. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-resolution skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and commitment to Lakewood Church’s mission and beliefs.

Lead and manage a team of copywriters to produce on-brand written content across digital, print, email, direct mail, social, web, and video. Oversee editorial quality, voice and tone, messaging strategy, direct-mail lifecycle, congregation communications, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring writers and managing workflows, deadlines, and campaign alignment with organizational goals.

Provide legal and operational support to the General Counsel across contracts, employment, IP, copyright, compliance, insurance, privacy, litigation support, and risk management. Perform legal research, draft and review documents, manage contract administration (Onit, DocuSign), maintain litigation records, assist with trademark and copyright filings, coordinate departmental operations, and support international communications and internship programming.
