Lead and manage a team of copywriters to produce on-brand written content across digital, print, email, direct mail, social, web, and video. Oversee editorial quality, voice and tone, messaging strategy, direct-mail lifecycle, congregation communications, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring writers and managing workflows, deadlines, and campaign alignment with organizational goals.

Provide legal and operational support to the General Counsel across contracts, employment, IP, copyright, compliance, insurance, privacy, litigation support, and risk management. Perform legal research, draft and review documents, manage contract administration (Onit, DocuSign), maintain litigation records, assist with trademark and copyright filings, coordinate departmental operations, and support international communications and internship programming.

Performs daily accounts payable and clerical functions: entering vendor invoices, creating PDF invoice files, attaching documentation, monitoring AP inbox, responding to vendors, and supporting weekly check runs while following church policies and procedures.
