Develops and interprets financial analyses supporting planning, forecasting, modeling, internal controls, budgeting, and business decisions. Prepares financial statements and management reports, analyzes operating results, maintains sales and expense forecasts, evaluates forecast performance, and builds financial models to assess business performance, investments, costs, productivity, and working capital. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Coordinate customer accounts, job plans, production schedules, order updates, purchase orders, and order entry. Partner with manufacturing teams on materials and scheduling, communicate customer expectations, support Sales with pricing and estimates, and help improve quality and processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, customer service, and administrative skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Coordinates customer accounts and book manufacturing fulfillment projects across multiple facilities. Manages job plans, production schedules, purchase orders, order updates, and customer communications. Partners with manufacturing teams on materials and scheduling, supports Sales with pricing and RFPs, and helps improve quality, accuracy, and processes.
